Two new building blocks that grow the identity beyond the logo — a considered icon set for menus and wayfinding, and a family of walking-cup doodles that give the brand a face. Built on the same olive, latte, and cream, and the same rounded letterforms.
Uniform 2px strokes, generously rounded joins, drawn on a 32-unit grid — so they sit beside Karlos without shouting. Use them on the menu, in wayfinding, and across the app.
The secondary U-mark grows legs. A small cast of poses for stickers, loyalty cards, app empty-states, and social — playful, never loud. Keep the stroke weight and the rounded shoes consistent.
On brand green, the cup goes outline-cream with latte shoes — the same character, dressed for a dark surface.
The line from the packaging, set in the logo face — for cups, totes, and the shop window.
Everything here draws from the existing guidelines — no new colours, no new type.
Latte · Olive · Cream — the three-colour system, untouched.
