The website

Content, imagery, the "Pause" wordmark and logo are trademarks and property of Tierone Hospitality Private Limited and may not be used without permission. We may update the site and these Terms at any time.

Orders & pricing

Where products (such as coffee beans, merchandise or gift items) are offered, prices are shown in Indian Rupees and may change. We may decline or cancel an order — for example if an item is unavailable or a price is shown in error — and will refund any amount already paid.

In-café

Menu items, availability and opening hours may vary. Prices at the café are as displayed in store.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, or use it unlawfully.

Liability

The site is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under law.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana.
