You can ask us to delete any personal data we hold about you, at any time. We don't run user accounts or logins on this site, so there's nothing to delete inside an app — just email us.
What we might hold
- Your email — only if you subscribed to updates.
- Instagram content — if one of your public posts appeared on our site because it used a Pause hashtag (e.g. #pausecoffee), we may have cached a thumbnail of it. We never store private posts or personal profile data.
How to request deletion
- Email hello@justpause.coffee from the address you subscribed with, or with a link to the Instagram post you want removed.
- We'll confirm and delete the data within 7 days.
Instagram, specifically
Removing the hashtag from your post, deleting the post, or setting your account to private will also drop it from our site automatically at the next refresh. Emailing us removes the cached thumbnail immediately.
